Digital Marketing Case Study for Psychological Services

Gilmour Psychological Services was not effectively showcasing the services they offer or helping to drive conversions from their web traffic. Despite high traffic to the site, visitors were not using the site tools and not converting.

Mediaforce re-engineered the existing site to engage visitors and motivate potential clients to search for a psychologist and take the next steps in contacting the practice. In short order, total goal completions and goal value increased by 36% and 37%, respectively, and CTR on branded and non-branded keywords rose to >80%, and >25%.

In 1983, Dr. Iris Jackson, C. Psych., with the assistance of Karen Davies, M.A., founded Gilmour Psychological Services® (GPS) to create a professional and ethical private practice. Their vision was to provide excellent and confidential psychological services in an age when psychologists mostly worked for hospitals, school boards, and agencies. Over time, their goal evolved to encompass the provision of diverse psychological services that cover both assessment and treatment across all age spans for a wide range of difficulties and disorders.
